If you want to become an egg donor, Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine doctors are always here to help. We offer a donor egg program and you must meet all requirements and be approved to receive $4,500 per egg donor cycle. Contact us or call the F.I.R.M.-Valdosta office for information. Once accepted, you must complete a screening in our office, complete all requirements for approval, then, if accepted, your document packet will be sent to our Program Director for final review.
